This is my station at
home. I have a modest shack stuck in an armoire in the bedroom. It
makes for a nice, neat installation and I don't have to banish
myself to the garage in order to operate.
My home station consists
of a Kenwood TS-2000 all-band radio, an MFJ-949E Versa Tuner antenna
tuner, feeding a 75 meter double bazooka antenna. It's not fancy,
but it gets me all over the world.
Here's the outside of my home QTH. You can see my Rohn 55 tower in
the back of the house. The tower is 60 feet high. Currently I have a
2-Meter J-pole and my 80 Meter double bazooka on the tower. I'll be
adding a beam and a rotator soon. |
